Yes, if you have the Camera RAW plugin installed in Photoshop.
Will I be able to install presets in mobile Lightroom?
Yes. I have specially prepared the.dng format, which you can immediately install in mobile Lightroom, bypassing synchronization in Lightroom on a PC.
